[1] "Ikasu" means "cool" and "buchimoyou" is a spotted design or pattern; here it is probably a poetic way of referring to the stars.

[2] The word "kanpai", in the line "My happiness reflected in your wet eyes", is usually issued like "cheers!" when making a toast. Here I felt it referred more to simple celebration (the line might also means, "The reflection in your eyes makes me happy/makes me celebrate").
