Translation notes:
"Sakurazensen" means "cherry blossom front," which determines when and where
the cherry blossoms will bloom. Also, "pokapoka" is the sound effect-style
word (like "nikoniko," although that's a bad example) to describe warmth.
Such as describing a hot soup, or such. It's hard to translate those
directly, since they are mostly sound-based "feel" words. ^_^;
