[1] 'Karada' is the given pronunciation for the kanji 身体, usually pronounced 'shintai'.
[2] 'Kokoro', meaning 'heart' or 'mind' is the given pronunciation for the kanji 回路, usually pronounced 'kairo', meaning 'circuitry'. I think the idea is that the song is from the perspective of the titular God-Slaying Machine, and her mind/heart is electronic.
[3] 'Hikareru' is ambiguous because it isn't written with a kanji. It can mean 'to be played' (e.g. a stringed instrument), 'to be hit/run over' or 'to be smitten/fascinated'.
