"Moyasu wa, hageshiku" is a reference to the other Idolm@ster song, "Agent Yoru wo Yuku". Also used are sound effects from Pac Man, which Namco owns.
The reason why there is a crowd of fans yelling at Anzu in chorus is because Anzu is by far the most popular character in the Cinderella Girls online game (this is personal experience; trust me).

Uses the first kanji/character of each line to spell out "Hatarakitakunai", or "I don't want to work". I made a similar translation by making the first letter of every line make the words "NO WORK".
