This is the first translation I've done, and it's not really artistic. It's somewhat literal.
hakondeku - This seems to be a contraction of 'hakonde iku.' Hakobu means 'to transport,' and it's conjugated into 'iku,' to go. "To transport and go" is a very literal translation, and I had trouble thinking up of a word to go here.
'Chippoke' - Here, 'small' as in the sense of 'fairly insignificant,' or something that's not really a huge issue. Also may be translated as, "Even if it's a small promise, it's (still) a treasure to me."
'mune' - Literally, 'breast' or 'chest.' (Frequently) Used idiomatically so that the English translation is 'heart.'
'nangenai koto de' - Literally, by unintentional things
'pokkari' - I believe this is a variation on 'pokkiri', which means 'having just...'
'hitomi' - Actually, the pupils of the eye, not the eye itself.
