This is yet another song from Yoko Kanno that is in a made-up language. This song is not in Japanese, but the Japanese "translation" was in the CD booklet. It's actually in a made-up language.   Yoko Kanno seems to love blending aspects of different languages and adding new elements in order to come up with a new, made-up language.   There are songs with lyrics in a made-up (nonsense) language in almost all of the series she's done music for, including Macross Plus and Escaflowne.
